Our Daily Summer Camp Activities Are:
9:30 Meet up at The Green Lawn of Diversey Playground
Diversey and Inner Lake Shore Dr.
9:30-10:00 Music Time/Welcome Everybody
Movement, stretching and dancing
10:00-10:20 Snack Time
Snack provided by the school/Picnic Style
10:20-10:40 Team Sport Activities (Mix age, divided into groups)
Soccer, relay races, water balloon catch, obstacle
course, tug of war, bean bag games, sack race, dodge/kick
ball.
10:40-11:00 Creative Time
Arts, crafts, science projects, chalk, etc.
11:00-11:45 Free Play at the playground
11:45-12:00 Wash up/Get ready for lunch
12:00-12:30 Lunch Picnic (brought from home)
12:30 Pick up
Aside from our regular School Year group of kids, we will host our 5th annual Summer Camp (kids 15 months-6 years of age may be enrolled) at the Diversey Playground enriched with sports, music, science, arts and crafts activities ALL outdoors and age appropriate.
The camp’s activities will ONLY be conditioned under the weather; which means, if it’s sunny and nice--we play and learn, if it is a rainy day-- we cancel and re-schedule. The Summer Camp Hours are from 9:30am to 12:30pm Monday to Friday and they include a mid-morning snack. All children are to bring a nutritious picnic lunch, water bottle, while snacks are provided by the school. The Summer Camp tuition cost is $50, per child, per session.
